This is only a EclipseUML 2008 feature which allows to add a note,
comment or constraint on an attribute or a method.
Click on a method > New >
Comment in order to add a comment
You can manually add Note by selecting Note in the Diagram toolbar
Selecting the Create an indication link in the toolbar
Drag
the link to the Note and the drop it to the method to create
the link
