To activate the sequence diagram reverse select a method in the Package Explorer > Open UML >
Generate sequence diagram
Here is the generated sequence diagram
Once the diagram has been generated you
can still move elements and manually improve your diagram.
For example to move up and down the activation bar, use the Life Lane
Layout, move instances, move frames etc......
